Rock Bottom Ministry — featuring Macy Nicole

I sold my house, picked up my kids and moved us to the eastern North Carolina beaches. I've spent many days and many nights sitting, staring at the water talking to God about what I needed him to do in my life.

One day I found myself looking for a rock. There was a worry in my mind that I wanted to pray about. But instead of praying I was worrying. When I was little, I had a neighbor who taught me to put a rock in my pocket to help me remember a task. That day on the beach, I found the little sand smoothed pebble that would start my "Rock Bottom Ministry."

My kids and I collect shells and rocks from the beach, and include one in each package. This is your reminder to let your worry lead you to prayer. Take your pebble or shell, imagine that one worry, then put it somewhere that you'll see it. Let it remind you that God holds each of your worries in His hands.
