When will I receive my package?
All shirts are processed the second week of the month. Existing members should expect to receive their shirt for that month by the twentieth.
New members who sign up before the seventh of the month are eligible to receive that month's shirt. Members who sign up after the seventh will start receiving a shirt the following month.
Are items available for return?
All items are printed on demand in Nashville, Tennessee, and as such are final sale and are not available for return.
What happens if there's an issue with the quality of my shirt or a missing package?
We guarantee quality. For any reason there are any quality issues with your shirt, notify us at hello@hbh.studio and we'll make sure you get taken care of.
How do my prayer tools come?
All apparel is sent from our facility in Nashville, Tennessee.
The welcome notes and prayer tools are mailed directly from Macy, so they will arrive separately from your shirt.
